We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered Copilot agents to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Design and develop business process automation using:
→Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
→Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
→Power BI (Reports & Dashboards)
→Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
→Build and deploy AI-powered Copilot agents using:
→Microsoft Copilot Studio
→Azure OpenAI integrations (if applicable)
→Custom connectors & APIs
→Automate repetitive organizational tasks and workflows across departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.)
→Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
→Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
→Dynamics 365
→Third-party systems via APIs
→Develop governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform
→Create reusable components, flows, and automation frameworks
→Monitor performance and optimize automation solutions
→Provide technical documentation and user training
→Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong experience in:
Power Automate
Power Apps
Dataverse
REST APIs & connectors
Experience building Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Understanding of AI/LLM-based automation concepts
Knowledge of SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams integration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in environment management and DLP policies

Nice to Have

Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
PowerShell scripting
Microsoft Graph API
CI/CD for Power Platform
PL-900 / PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 certifications
Experience working in enterprise automation projects
