Manager, Product Operations

Convey is looking for a Manager, Product Operations to partner closely with our Chief Product Officer and bring operational discipline across Product and R&D.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a growing Product Operations function while leading a small team. You'll own the operating rhythm across Product and Engineering, support pricing operations and product compliance, and lead the agile delivery practice that keeps teams aligned and moving forward.

  Partner with the CPO to run product and engineering planning, roadmap, reporting, and operating cadences.

  Build the data, dashboards, and reporting needed to give leadership clear visibility into product performance and progress.

  Lead the agile/scrum delivery practice, partnering closely with Engineering leadership to improve execution and accountability.

  Own product operations tools, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  Operationalize product compliance requirements and manage the compliance review process in partnership with Legal.

  Own customer security and compliance questionnaire responses.

  Lead pricing operations across the current portfolio, including rate structures, packaging, deal governance, and supporting systems.

  Support pricing analysis and the evaluation of pricing models across acquisitions.

  Directly manage and develop a small team, with the opportunity to grow the function over time.

  Help integrate teams and processes from acquired businesses into Convey's operating model.

• 4–6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or a related role within a scaled software organization.

• Experience directly managing and developing people.

• Strong analytical and operational skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience working with SaaS pricing, packaging, or pricing operations.

• Familiarity with product compliance and regulated environments.

• Experience partnering with Agile/Scrum or software delivery teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A highly organized, detail-oriented leader who can prioritize, make decisions, and drive execution without micromanaging.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in utilities, regulated communications, or B2B SaaS; exposure to Scrum Master or Agile coaching practices; pricing strategy; or integrating teams and processes following an acquisition.

You'll have the opportunity to build the operating foundation for a growing Product organization, work directly with executive leadership, and shape how Product and Engineering plan, execute, measure, and scale.
