Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Ensure the performance and reliability of ERP systems.
- →Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system problems involving ERP modules.
- →Participate in projects to implement or enhance ERP systems and applications.
- →Collaborate with the database administrator and ERP development team to define user requirements, coordinate system-wide updates, and install upgrades and patches.
- →Provide recommendations for enhancements or changes to improve ERP system efficiency and effectiveness.
- →Maintain ERP systems security through user profile management, access permissions, and user account maintenance.
- →Monitor and maintain performance metrics for system features, recommending and taking corrective or preventive actions.
- →Participate in the design, development, and implementation of test and production objects.
- →Perform configuration, change management, and testing activities as required.
- →Consult users on technology changes impacting work processes.
- →Occasionally serve as a technical leader on small to large, complex projects.
- →Provide support and training to users on ERP system and application usage.
- →Coach and guide junior technical staff as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of business and/or ERP implementation experience.
- Experience with systems and database administration.
- Ability to work on multiple projects as a project team member, with occasional technical leadership responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
