Responsibilities

→Review vendor charges, identify disparities, and resolve basic issues with service providers.
→Monitor contract budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
→Allocate costs across the enterprise and perform regular audits for contract compliance.
→Conduct cost benefit analyses to support business cases for vendor-supplied services.
→Collaborate with the Vendor Relationship Management team to develop and gain approval for business cases.
→Function under the general direction of senior-level professionals, supervisors, or managers.

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
0 to 2 years of financial management experience, preferably within the IT area.
Ability to work independently while following documented procedures and checklists.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
