Responsibilities

→Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and measures in a networking environment.
→Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls and other network security measures.
→Perform security assessments and review networking initiatives for security compliance.
→Prepare status reports on security matters and develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures.
→Contribute to the continual improvement of network infrastructure and implementation of new security-based technologies.
→Evaluate and recommend security products for various platforms within the networking environment.
→Educate users about network security policies and consult on security issues.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of combined IT and security work experience with exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments.
Broad technical knowledge of client/server, network topology, and network/infrastructure security.
Knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across existing computer platforms.
Ability to develop security solutions for medium to high complexity assignments.
Experience working on multiple projects as a team member and leading network-related security components.
Capability to coach more junior technical staff.
