Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
→5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits and Payroll.
→Experience with Workday reporting, security, business processes, and integrations.
→Familiarity with EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
→Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
→Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
→Experience with HRIS governance, SOX controls, or automation tools is a plus.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
