The Talent Acquisition Team at CoreWeave is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring the world-class technical talent that powers our hyper-growth. This team partners closely with engineering, infrastructure, and operations leaders to build pipelines of top-tier candidates across some of the most specialized and in-demand roles in the AI and cloud computing space.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of highly technical roles spanning infrastructure, engineering, security, and beyond. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and deliver a best-in-class hiring experience from first outreach through offer close. Your day-to-day will blend strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and data-driven reporting to keep pipelines healthy and hiring on track.

  • Source and identify top technical talent across platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and job boards for roles spanning Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, IT & Security, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skill criteria, and role-specific qualifications.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical aptitude and team fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, including coding challenges and other assessments, in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Present and negotiate offers, providing candidates with clear explanations of compensation, benefits, and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring metrics, and deliver regular progress reports to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive compensation benchmarks, and emerging sourcing tools and techniques.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or in a similar Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record recruiting for technical positions (Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Platform, Infrastructure, Hardware Engineers, Solutions Architects, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Insights.
  • Working knowledge of technical domains relevant to the roles you recruit for, including Python, Java, JavaScript, Linux, Kubernetes, GPUs, Storage, Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're curious about the AI infrastructure and cloud computing landscape and get excited recruiting for cutting-edge technical roles.
  • You love building genuine relationships with candidates and take pride in delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
  • You're an expert at navigating ambiguity and thrive in high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly.

The base salary range for this role is 273,000 zł - 457,000 zł. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
