About the Role
~4 min readCority is building the next generation of AI-powered EHS software, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI platform that powers it. This is the foundation everything else gets built on, so the bar is high and the work is hands-on.
We want a builder. Someone whose first instinct on a hard question is to prototype it, not to write a PRD about it. You’ll partner closely with engineering on day-to-day delivery, but you’ll also run your own experiments, mockup flows, and pressure-test ideas before they ever hit a sprint.
-
Day-to-Day Delivery. Work hands-on with engineering to write user stories, manage the backlog, drive sprint execution, and remove blockers. This is where most of your time goes.
-
AI Platform Roadmap. Own and prioritize the roadmap for Cority’s AI platform in partnership with engineering and stakeholders across the business. Translate strategy into executable plans.
-
Prototyping and Experimentation. Build quick prototypes and run A/B tests to validate ideas before they enter the roadmap. Comfortable using modern AI-assisted tooling to mockup flows, stand up demos, and stress-test assumptions yourself rather than waiting on engineering cycles.
-
Stakeholder Coordination. Be the connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and leadership. Keep everyone aligned, communicate progress clearly, and flag issues early.
-
Trust and Governance. Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements. Work with engineering to ensure these are built in, not bolted on.
-
Agile Execution. Own the tools and processes that keep the team running, including Aha, Jira, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
-
Use Case Partnership. Partner with domain PMs to validate platform capabilities through prototypes and experiments, ensuring real product needs are met and use cases ship on time.
-
10+ years in product management, with a strong track record of working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
-
Experience working on AI products in a production environment. You understand what makes AI products different to build, test, and ship.
-
Has taken AI features from concept through production and owned them post-launch, improving quality, responding to failures, and iterating based on real-world signal.
-
Experience operationalizing agentic systems in production, managing failure modes and the complexity that comes with multi-agent workflows.
-
Has owned observability and evaluation for AI products in production. You can define what good looks like, track it over time, and use signal to drive improvement.
-
A builder by default. When faced with a hard question, your instinct is to prototype it, run an experiment, or ship a working demo, not to schedule a meeting or write a spec.
-
Comfortable using modern AI-assisted tooling, and able to pick up new tools quickly as the landscape evolves.
-
Treats experimentation as a core part of the PM job. You design experiments, define success metrics up front, and let real-world signal drive decisions instead of opinion.
-
Proven ability to write clear user stories, manage complex backlogs, and drive delivery in fast-moving environments.
-
Comfortable working in a high-paced environment where priorities shift, decisions are made with incomplete information, and progress matters more than perfection.
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working across engineering, product, and executive audiences.
-
Treats security, safety guardrails, data governance, and trust as foundational design decisions from day one.
-
Proficient with Aha and Jira (or equivalent), and experienced running agile ceremonies that keep engineering teams on track.
-
Experience in enterprise SaaS or EHS background is a strong plus.
