THE POSITION: BARTENDER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Welcome each guest at the bar and create an inviting, energetic environment

·       Communicate with guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for

·       Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to support a seamless guest experience

·       Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar and dining room guests, following standard recipes

·       Maintain a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance at all times

·       Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service throughout their experience

·       Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service

·       Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of guests and team members

·       You have previous experience as a Barista
