Project Engineer - Construction

Job Summary:

We are in search of a talented Project Engineer with a background in construction to join our team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful project completion. This role will require collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6 years experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve any project-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct project evaluations to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the project team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional growth and development.

Salary Range:$126 266- $153,467 YR
