Senior Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Manager with construction experience to join our team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the set scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven 12 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills within a construction setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities specific to construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills tailored to construction stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Develop construction project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget specific to construction projects.
• Monitor construction project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate with construction stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment within the construction industry.
• Identify and manage construction project risks, issues, and changes. - Ensure compliance with construction project management standards and procedures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience with construction project management tools such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.

Salary Range: $135,000 to $140,500 YR
