Admission Host - Sea Life Blankenberge

At SEA LIFE Blankenberge, we’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Admissions Hosts to join our team. You’ll be one of the first people our guests meet, giving them a warm welcome, helping them with tickets and questions, and making sure their visit gets off to the best possible start.

And with hundreds of amazing marine creatures – including our seals at Belgium's only seal sanctuary – this definitely isn't your average workplace!

As an Admissions Host, you'll be right at the heart of the guest experience. You'll:

• →Give every guest a warm and friendly welcome
• →Help guests with tickets, bookings, promotions, vouchers and general questions
• →Process admissions transactions accurately and confidently
• →Share your knowledge of SEA LIFE Blankenberge and help guests get the most from their visit
• →Help manage queues and keep things moving during our busy periods
• →Look for opportunities to make a guest's day that little bit more special
• →Keep the admissions area clean, tidy and ready to welcome our visitors
• →Work closely with the wider team to deliver a brilliant experience from arrival to departure
• →Follow our Health & Safety procedures and help us keep our guests and colleagues safe

You don't need to be a marine expert – we'll teach you everything you need to know!

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves working with people and naturally delivers great customer service
• Is friendly, positive and confident speaking to guests
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Can stay calm and helpful when things get busy
• Is reliable, flexible and happy to get stuck in
• Is willing to learn about our animals, conservation work and the SEA LIFE experience
• Is available to work flexibly, including weekends, school holidays and public holidays

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, leisure or customer service is great, but your attitude and enthusiasm are just as important to us.

You'll be joining a team that's passionate about giving our guests unforgettable experiences while helping them discover more about our oceans and the incredible animals that call them home.

No two days are quite the same. One minute you might be welcoming a family on their first ever SEA LIFE visit, the next you're helping someone plan their day or sharing what's happening around the attraction.
