Our crop protection site located in Valdosta, GA has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Specialist to join our team. Job Overview: Manages the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of products at the Corteva Agriscience Valdosta, GA facility. Ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution to meet organizational and customer needs. Responsible for overseeing the distribution of products from manufacturing and storage facilities to customers or other business locations. Core duties include: * Inventory Management: Conducting inventories of incoming goods, tracking stock levels, and performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy. * Order Processing: Reviewing open order reports and executing distribution plans using SAP system. * Logistics Coordination: Consolidating shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, and managing transportation to ensure timely delivery. * Compliance and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, completing paperwork for returns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards such as DOT, IATA, IMDG. * Customer and Team Interaction: Developing positive relationships with clients, coordinating with commercial teams, and resolving distribution issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, management, logistics, or related fields preferred. Will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree. Education/Certification Preferred: * Experience: 3+ years in a distribution center or logistics environment * Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, SAP systems, and Microsoft Office is valuable. * Certifications: Optional certifications may include DOT, CDL, APICS, CPIM, IATA, or IMDG, depending on the industry. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for coordinating multiple tasks and teams. Basic Requirements: * Have a current, valid, United States driver's license. * Pass a drug screen, background history, and other relevant screens if job offer is received and accepted. * Read, write, and speak English. * Reliable attendance. * Work a rotating shift and/or overtime. * Ability to be regularly medically approved and fit tested for respirator use. * Basic computer proficiency. * Obtain necessary certifications as needed. * Work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
