Learn more at: www.corteva.com For our Research Center in 79427 Eschbach (Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald) we are looking for an: Field Testing & Phenotyping Specialist (m/w/d) Full-time #GrowWhatMatters We are looking for a Field Testing and Phenotyping Specialist to join our Seed Product Development (SPD) team and support our R&D trials for corn and sunflower in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire trial lifecycle—from experiment creation and planting to phenotyping activities and data analysis. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who is motivated by contributing directly to agricultural product development Your Responsibilities * Coordinating field operations and data collection for corn and sunflower trials. * Providing agronomic support for R&D trials and manage agronomical aspects in collaboration with farmers. * Lead seed preparation, trial plantings, field observations, and harvest activities. * Plan and execute experiments, including data collection for trait analysis. * Summarize experimental results, identify problem areas, and prepare comprehensive data reports. * Maintain effective communication with other departments. * Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and efficient work processes. * Take ownership of the process workflows within CAMS, from data entry to reporting, and ensuring data quality Your Profile To Grow What Matters, You Will Need * Higher education in Agricultural Engineering or related field. * Strong Knowledge in Sunflower and Corn cultivation. * At least 3 years’ experience in R&D. * Collaborators who thrive in a diverse, inclusive work environment * Demonstrated statistical and data skills, attention to detail, results orientation * Strong record of innovation and applying new technology * Willingness to work flexible working hours and travel frequently. * Good communication skills in French and English.
