Develop a robust, scalable technology platform that serves as a basis for interoperability between government institutions, ensures continuous data updates, and provides analytical tools for decision-making.

Establish security and privacy protocols that protect citizens' personal data, optimizing the allocation of public resources and improving the effectiveness of social policies in El Salvador.

Responsibilities

→Oversee reporting and alignment with donor and government requirements.
→Supervise the consultancy team and provide guidance to technical staff.
→Monitor risks, budget, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex technology projects.
Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, etc.)
