Senior Data Analyst, Affiliate Marketing

Coupang Taiwan is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Affiliate Marketing Operations. In this role, you will work within the Growth Analytics team to enable marketing campaigns across various affiliate channels.  You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to build performance reporting and data feeds, while analyzing user behavior to support campaign operations and "wow" our customers! Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers to develop marketing products and tracking features, with the opportunity to contribute to building data models and improving our data pipelines.  

• →Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
• →5+ years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)  
• →Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies  
• →Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to validate data  
• →Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English to share analysis results clearly and concisely 
• →Identify key drivers of performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders through the application of data analytics, scripting and programming skills (Python, SQL) as well as any relevant tools. 

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field 

• Experience in Retail/E-commerce industries, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or CRM functions 

• Experience in data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data engineering principles  

• Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages for advanced data manipulation 

• Experience working in a global or multinational team environment 

• Experience collaborating with the engineering team to develop products. 

• Experienced in building machine learning models to enable precision marketing and improve audience targeting accuracy.
