Senior Project Manager Construction/Real Estate (Talent Pool)

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of new Cove property onboarding projects, from initial technical assessment and CAPEX planning through to property readiness and operational handover.

• →Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects, taking ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, quality and overall readiness from acquisition through operational handover.
• →Assess shortlisted properties from building technical, condition, operational and maintenance perspectives, and provide recommendations on key risks, required works and overall property readiness.
• →Review and manage CAPEX budgets during the property acquisition and onboarding process, ensuring costs are properly planned and controlled.
• →Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
• →Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, ensuring the property's handover condition is accurately captured.
• →Oversee the onboarding and readiness of new Cove properties, including utilities/services installation and preparation of standardized household items.
• →Act as the escalation point for complex building and technical issues, providing practical solutions and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• →Lead other cross-functional or strategic projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
• 8 years of work experience in Project Management role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications & speak English
• Has knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational workflow & system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork
• Willing to work over the weekend if required
