.Net Developer with SQL

CyberPro Consulting is seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong SQL expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and database solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-performance systems that support business operations and financial services platforms. This role requires strong backend development experience, database optimization skills, and the ability to work within Agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies. Develop and optimize SQL databases, stored procedures, and queries. Build scalable and secure backend services and APIs. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain system performance, reliability, and data integrity. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps. Participate in code reviews and implement best practices. Support system enhancements, integrations, and deployments. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4–8+ years experience in .NET development. Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Solid experience working with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Technical Skills Backend Development: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API Database: SQL Server, T-SQL, database design, performance tuning Version Control: Git or similar tools Integration: RESTful APIs and system integrations Testing: Unit testing and debugging practices DevOps exposure (CI/CD pipelines – advantageous) Advantageous Skills Experience within financial services or fintech environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Experience with microservices architecture. Frontend exposure (Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks). Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
