  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and field roles, including Sales, Operations and more
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create strategic talent acquisition plans
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-quality, diverse candidates
  • Represent CPI’s employer brand and promote a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer delivery, and onboarding transitions
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and generate regular reporting on key recruiting metrics and trends
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline recruiting processes across corporate functions
  • A passion for connecting people with opportunity
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Expertise in sourcing through social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • A proactive, high-energy approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and recruitment lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Previous experience supporting hiring across multiple departments or business units
  • A background in corporate sales or operations recruitment is a strong advantage
