Experience in substations is highly advantageous. Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a recognized institution. Residency: Open to South African nationals. looking to relocate Other Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Dubai for the duration of the project. Responsibilities: Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. Undertake cost analysis for project work and prepare detailed progress reports.
