Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Contracts Engineer to join our client's team in Senegal. This role involves managing contract administration for mining site operations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and overseeing the procurement and negotiation processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all site-based contractual activities. Ensure contracts are administered in line with company policies and legal requirements. Lead the negotiation, preparation, and management of contracts. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure contractual alignment with project objectives. Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolutions effectively. Provide guidance and support to the site team on contractual matters. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in contract management, preferably in the mining or construction industry. Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage complex contracts and resolve disputes. Familiarity with industry-standard contract management software and tools.
