We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with hands-on experience running Pay-Per-Call and Lead Generation campaigns across multiple traffic sources.
This role is based in our Toronto office and requires someone who can take ownership of budget allocation, campaign strategy, and day-to-day optimization.
You’ll work closely with our North American team to manage inbound call campaigns, improve lead quality, and scale acquisition across Google, Meta, and other social channels
This role is for someone who understands high-intent funnel behavior, knows how to work with call routing providers, and is comfortable analyzing profitability in real time. Must be comfortable managing budgets of $50,000-$100,000 per month.

Build, manage, and scale Pay-Per-Call and Lead Generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social channels

Optimize for CPL, CPA, RPC, conversion rate, call durations, and lead quality.

Work with internal teams to improve qualification flows.

Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and call funnels.

Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and routing to maximize profitability.

Analyze traffic behavior and provide actionable insights to the team.

Collaborate closely with BI, creative, and operations to ensure data accuracy and campaign consistency.

Identify new growth opportunities in the Pay-Per-Call and Lead Gen ecosystem.

Maintain strict compliance standards for verticals such as insurance, home services, financial services, and other regulated industries.
