We are expanding our Amsterdam headquarters and looking for an analytical, tech-forward UX/UI Designer to join our team.
As our UX/UI Designer, your primary focus will be Web Design & User Experience—mapping out intuitive user journeys, building wireframes, and designing high-converting landing pages that turn complex data insights into seamless, high-performing digital experiences.
Because we are a fast-scaling startup, you won’t be boxed into a rigid product silo. You will have a unique opportunity to cross over into brand design, shaping our visual identity and ensuring that our user experiences are not only highly functional but visually stunning and on-brand across every touchpoint.

Optimize the User Journey: Analyze user behavior, map out flows, and design high-converting landing pages, mobile-first web experiences, and digital checkout funnels.

Wireframe & Prototype: Translate performance data, CRO insights, and marketing goals into interactive low-to-high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

Champion the Brand Identity: Bridge the gap between UX logic and UI beauty. You will help evolve Creative Clicks’ visual brand assets and act as the guardian of our design consistency.

Collaborate Face-to-Face: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including media buyers, copywriters, and developers—in our Amsterdam office to test hypotheses and iterate based on real-time performance metrics.

Frontrun with AI & Tech: We don't fear the future; we leverage it. You will actively experiment with and integrate innovative AI design and research tools into your workflow to accelerate prototyping and user testing.
The Sweet-Spot Experienced: You have 2–4 years of professional experience as a UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer (conversion-driven e-commerce or startup experience is a major plus).
Master of Figma: Figma is your native language. You build clean, component-based design systems, auto-layouts, and interactive prototypes with ease.
The Framer Advantage (+): Experience with Framer (or a strong desire to master it) is a massive plus. We love UXers who can bridge the gap between abstract wireframes and production-ready, interactive web pages.
Data-Informed & AI Curious: You don’t just design what looks good; you design what works. You are eager to use analytics and leverage emerging AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, or advanced AI plugins) to optimize your research and creative workflow.
Thrives in a Dynamic Culture: You genuinely enjoy a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with rapid A/B testing, quick iterations, and shifting priorities based on performance data.
A Collaborative Communicator: You love working side-by-side with people. You excel at taking technical feedback from developers and commercial feedback from marketing to build the ultimate solution.
Portfolio Driven: You have a portfolio that showcases your end-to-end UX process (wireframes, research, or user flows) alongside polished, high-fidelity UI designs.
