Job Summary
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and implementing robust and scalable Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities :

* Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
* Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for developing scalable solutions.
* Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, Integration Cloud).
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
