2nd Shift Multiple Laser Machine Operator - $28.09/Hour + $2.00/Hour Shift Premium

• →Operate and control three or more laser machines and material system.
• →Perform daily calibration and overall checks of machine and system.
• →Perform dynamic nesting and create necessary shop documents at the machine.
• →Maintain acceptable levels of material utilization.
• →Produce parts according to routing package instructions.
• →Report labor and job data accurately.
• →Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• →Maintain clean and neat work area.
• →Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.

 

Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the job.  For normal set-up and operation of laser.  Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 24 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.  Typically requires standing on a regular basis and walking and stooping occasionally.  Must be able to handle parts for inspection, stack parts and move parts to next operation and/or work station.  Specific vision requirements include depth perception and peripheral vision.
