Lobby Attendant

The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of the hotel’s lobby and public areas, ensuring every space consistently reflects the luxury standards of our Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the lobby, entrances, elevators, corridors, public restrooms, meeting areas, and other assigned spaces. Duties may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, cleaning glass and fixtures, removing trash, restocking supplies, and continuously monitoring high-traffic areas throughout the shift.

The Lobby Attendant will respond promptly to guest and departmental requests, report maintenance or safety concerns, and work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure public spaces remain clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times.

The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, and takes pride in maintaining exceptionally clean and beautifully presented spaces. Previous hotel housekeeping, public area, or professional cleaning experience is preferred, particularly within an upscale or luxury environment.

This is a physically active position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
