Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a professional Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

→Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
→Provide attentive guest service while promoting beverage offerings and enhancing the overall guest experience.
→Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and par lists.
→Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with all company standards.
→Follow all TABC regulations, food safety requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
→Collaborate with restaurant leadership and team members to support efficient service operations.
→Assist with banquet events, special functions, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) as needed.

Requirements

Valid TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification required.
Previous bartending experience required; resort, hotel, or upscale dining experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and service standards.
Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred).
