Server

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest. This position plays a key role in creating memorable experiences through professional hospitality, menu expertise, and efficient execution while supporting the operational standards of an independently operated restaurant within a hotel.

• →Provide warm, friendly, and professional service throughout each guest's dining experience.
• →Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail menus.
• →Guide guests through menu selections, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions.
• →Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• →Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards.
• →Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
• →Build rapport with guests to create memorable dining experiences and encourage repeat visits.
• →Present checks, process payments accurately, and thank guests for dining.
• →Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings along with allergies additional offerings

• Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Experience in upscale, hotel, or high-volume dining environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current food safety and alcohol service certifications as required by state and local regulations.
