About the Role
~1 min readAs the Enablement Manager, AI Agent, you’ll be responsible for enabling Cresta’s go-to-market teams to successfully position, sell, and deploy our AI Agent product with confidence and consistency. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and applied AI—translating complex AI Agent capabilities into clear value, practical use cases, and repeatable sales motions for large enterprise customers.
You’ll work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to build enablement programs that ensure sellers deeply understand how Cresta’s AI Agents work, where they deliver the most impact, and how to guide customers from initial discovery through successful adoption. Your focus will be on empowering Enterprise and Strategic account teams selling into the world’s largest contact centers and customer experience organizations.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with direct revenue impact. You’ll help shape how Cresta’s AI Agent is understood and sold in the market—raising seller confidence, improving deal quality, and accelerating adoption of one of Cresta’s most critical products.
