Shop Supervisor

Secondary school with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

Five years proven experience in clothing retail sales (ideally with experience at sea);

Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability utilising strong communication and

interpersonal skills, at ease with public speaking.

Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Highly competent in store procedures including sales reports, loss prevention, audits.

English knowledge B1. Italian knowledge is an advantage, Shipboard experience is a plus

A third language among French, Spanish and German at B1 level at least.
