Commercial real estate is one of the largest asset classes on earth and one of the last to go digital. Deals still get done over email threads, PDFs, and relationships nobody can search for. Crexi is the exchange betting that doesn't have to be true anymore: we're building the platform where an entire industry finds, evaluates, and closes deals, and we're betting hard on AI to get there faster than anyone thought this industry could move. There's no playbook for turning a trillion-dollar, relationship-driven industry into a modern marketplace which means the people building it get to write it.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our market and our product. You'll translate customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and launch strategy that helps our products, customers, and revenue win. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to make sure every new capability we ship reaches the right audience, lands with a clear story, and drives measurable adoption.

  • Translate market needs and global customer insight into clear cross-functional priorities, and influence product roadmap direction.
  • Lead market and customer research to identify new opportunities, sharpen product positioning, and inform roadmap and broader marketing strategy.
  • Lead GTM for new features and products, including multi-quarter, cross-product strategies that define narrative, packaging, launch approach, and best practices.
  • Rally teams across Research, Sales or Partnerships, Communications, Legal, and other partner functions to execute launches and strategic initiatives on time.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate our products in market and translate technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Roll out products to sales and CS teams, drive trainings, and equip them with enablement assets (battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling) to support new launches and ongoing selling motions.
  • Keep both sides aligned on go-to-market priorities, progress, and the key issues that need to be resolved to accelerate activation and scale.
  • Set, track, and deliver against adoption goals, and clearly communicate performance, success drivers, and gaps to senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify product gaps, define opportunity areas, and build a clear point of view on market nuances and blockers to scaled adoption.
  • Monitor competitor feature releases, pricing shifts, and strategic positioning to maintain an up-to-date threat matrix.
  • Manage early-access testing programs, and work with sales to identify strong pilot partners and gather adopter feedback to guide product iteration prior to general availability.
  • 5–8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform businesses, with a track record of leading go-to-market for major product launches.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams to drive adoption and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort setting, tracking, and reporting against adoption and activation metrics.
  • Experience building competitive intelligence programs and sales enablement assets such as pitch decks and objection-handling guides.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple concurrent launches and cross-functional initiatives on tight timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, marketplaces, or other two-sided platform businesses is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with sales leadership on territory- or segment-level go-to-market plans is a plus.
  • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact problems and operates independently, with little day-to-day direction, caring more about the outcome than who gets credit for it.
  • A sharp product thinker who can translate complex or technical capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with customers.
  • A clear communicator and cross-functional leader who builds trust with stakeholders at every level, including senior and executive audiences.
  • Real impact, fast. Join a rapidly scaling startup where your work moves the needle from day one.
  • Real ownership. Equity in Crexi's growth story.
  • Built for growth. A flexible team structure designed for real career discretion.
  • Time that is yours. Discretionary PTO - take what you need, when you need it.
  • Health & Future covered. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), FSA/HSA options, and Life & AD&D insurance.
  • Set up right. Home-office reimbursement for remote employees.
  • A winning team. A collaborative culture with team activities that bring people together.
