Responsibilities

→Support development of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
→Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
→Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical briefings.
→Collect and analyze operational data supporting leadership decisions.
→Monitor organizational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
→Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical personnel.
→Maintain operational documentation and reporting tools.
→Support resource planning and mission analysis activities.
→Assist with development of performance metrics and dashboards.
→Participate in operational planning meetings and working groups.
→Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Security Clearance
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required

Education and Certification:
- No degree required
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret and present operational data
