Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational and production activities
  • Communicate effectively with Government oversight personnel
  • Prepare and update SOPs and operational documentation
  • Conduct fact-finding for special projects and Government inquiries
  • Deliver written and oral briefings to management officials
  • Manage time-sensitive operational issues and high-pressure situations
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery performance
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and training plans
  • Act as Program Manager in the PM’s absence

Requirements

  • Security Clearance:
    • Active Secret clearance
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in program management, business or public administration, operations/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, as certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) (may substitute for degree)
    • Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days of contract award) from ASQ, IASSC, or Council for Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience:
    • Minimum three (3) years of recent (within the last 5 years) operations, site, production, or project management experience
  • Additional Requirements
    • Ability to report onsite within hours when requested
    • After-hours facility access for emergency file retrieval
    • 24x7 availability for emergency response

$100,000$145,000 USD
