Responsibilities

→Manage day-to-day program operations and on-site personnel
→Ensure full staffing coverage and continuity of services
→Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
→Coordinate hiring activities and support candidate selection
→Serve as primary point of contact with Government leadership (COR)
→Monitor service quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance
→Promote exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment

Requirements

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP or related certification (preferred but not required)

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations management, or healthcare administration
- Prior experience supervising staff in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare support environment
- Experience supporting federal contracts in a healthcare environments
- Familiarity with clinical scheduling systems, electronic medical records, or patient administration systems

Work Schedule & Environment
- Standard on-site hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- May require schedule flexibility to support off-shift personnel and operational needs

Position Pay Range

$110,000—$145,000 USD
