→Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
→Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.
→Coordinate project activities with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
→Ensure project objectives align with mission priorities and contractual requirements.
→Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
→Track project progress and prepare status reports for leadership.
→Facilitate project meetings and coordinate action items.
→Support transition of completed projects into operational environments.
→Maintain project documentation and configuration records.
→Apply project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
→Recommend process improvements to enhance project execution

Requirements

Security Clearance
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required

Education and Certification:
- No degree required
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience:

Project lifecycle management
Risk assessment and mitigation
Schedule and resource management
Government IT project management
Stakeholder coordination
Performance reporting and project documentation
IT service delivery and operational transition
