Responsibilities

- →Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- →Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.
- →Coordinate project activities with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
- →Ensure project objectives align with mission priorities and contractual requirements.
- →Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- →Track project progress and prepare status reports for leadership.
- →Facilitate project meetings and coordinate action items.
- →Support transition of completed projects into operational environments.
- →Maintain project documentation and configuration records.
- →Apply project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- →Recommend process improvements to enhance project execution
Requirements
~3 min read- Security Clearance
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required
- Education and Certification:
- No degree required
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience:
- Project lifecycle management
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Schedule and resource management
- Government IT project management
- Stakeholder coordination
- Performance reporting and project documentation
- IT service delivery and operational transition
