Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Calendar Management: Complete ownership of Robert's calendar, including scheduling meetings, preventing unscheduled interruptions, and enforcing start and end times.
- →Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary filter for inbound requests and interruptions, managing communications and ensuring priority matters reach Robert.
- →Travel Coordination: Organize and accompany travel between Corpus Christi and Houston, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly.
- →Inbox Management: Monitor and prioritize emails, ensuring important communications are addressed promptly and effectively.
- →Protocol Implementation: Develop and maintain structured protocols for daily briefings and meeting preparations, ensuring Robert is informed and efficient.
- →Event Support: Manage and support logistics for public-facing events, particularly related to our burgeoning Sports Law practice.
- Executive Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a high-level executive or founder, ideally within a law firm.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with confidence.
- Proactive Attitude: Capable of anticipating needs, implementing systems, and driving initiatives independently.
- Calendar and Inbox Mastery: Expert skills in managing executive schedules and prioritizing communications.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel between offices and attend events as required.
