- [Essential] Propose and investigate the architecture components solutions which could meet the business architecture needs.
- [Essential] Put in place architecture blueprints, practical integration steps and propose test approaches to verify adequate integration and smooth operation of the different components.
- Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
- Conduct research to find ways to improve operations.
- Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent.
- Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems.
- Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
- Communications skills, both verbal (presentations), and written (reports).
- Ability to apply high quality standards.
- Analysis and design.
- Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions.
- Ability to understand, speak and write English B2.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in SANTE.R.4 contain personal and confidential data.
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
- At least 8 years of specific expertise in:
enterprise architecture frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF, COBIT, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework. - At least 10 years of specific expertise in:
enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN, or UML. - At least 8 years of specific expertise in:
enterprise architecture tools such as Enterprise Architect. - At least 5 years of specific expertise in:
working with Confluence and Jira. - At least 2 years of specific expertise in:
digital health systems.
