About the Role
~1 min readJoin Crusoe Energy as a Level III Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will execute the transformation of customer requirements into production-ready 3D models and detailed drawings for modular integrated electronics buildings and standalone power distribution equipment. You will take a lead role in the heating, cooling, plumbing, and overall mechanical systems design, transitioning our focus toward advanced air and liquid cooling infrastructures for engineered-to-order data centers. You will focus on creating precise fabrication drawings and ensuring designs are functional and compliant with regulatory and commercial codes. This position requires a collaborative engineer with strong 3D modeling skills, a solid understanding of mechanical design related to modular buildings, and specific expertise in data center thermal management.
Requirements

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Engineer in Training (EIT) and/or Professional Engineer (PE) License.
Experience performing CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeling for airflow and thermal optimization.
Experience using Enterprise/Manufacturing Resource Planning (ERP/MRP) software.
Experience with simulation and analysis software, such as FEA or FDM.
