About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to lead legal support for our global Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales and Marketing organizations. Crusoe provides GPU-as-a-Service and AI infrastructure to some of the world's most demanding customers, and cloud sales contracts — from standard order forms to bespoke high-ACV capacity commitments — sit at the center of this business. In this role you will help shape the legal approach across the sales lifecycle, enabling revenue growth at Crusoe while managing risk and building scalable contracting processes.
You will help Crusoe continuously improving global transaction processes while serving as a trusted legal partner to GTM leadership on commercial strategy. If you have a strong understanding of cloud enterprise sales and enjoy building high-impact legal functions, this opportunity is ideal.

~1 min readCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $254,000 -$299,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
