About the Role
~1 min readJoin Crusoe as a Senior Project Engineer to lead the strategic greenfield startup of a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will act as a primary technical lead, bridging the gap between our design engineering teams and factory operations.
In this senior-level capacity, you will not just execute installation plans but will own critical aspects of the facility's commissioning strategy, capital equipment selection, and process definition. You will provide expert technical mentorship to junior engineers and ensure our modular integrated buildings and power distribution equipment are manufactured with world-class efficiency, safety, and quality.
Nice to Have

Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP Certification.
Experience in a supervisory role or managing external contractors during a facility build-out.
