Finishing Craftsman – Stainless Steel

You’re the one who takes raw stainless and turns it into a finished product that meets exact standards clean, consistent, and customer-ready. The final result depends on your attention to detail and the pride you take in your work.

• →Polish, grind, and finish stainless steel components and systems
• →Work primarily with 300 series stainless steel materials
• →Ensure surfaces meet quality, safety, and customer standards
• →Inspect your work closely details matter here
• →Use finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• →Keep your workspace organized and production moving efficiently
• →Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and production goals

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive, precision-based tasks
• Team-first mindset and solid work ethic
• Previous grinding or finishing experience is a plus (not required)
• Stable work history

This is an on-site, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
• Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
• Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail
• Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
• Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
