Join our mission to transform workplace collaboration through innovative technology. As a Collaboration Platform Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, designing and building cutting-edge systems that enable thousands of employees to connect, communicate, and collaborate seamlessly.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of collaboration technology, driving advancements in digital collaboration systems, content sharing and real-time communication, while ensuring seamless user experiences and platform reliability.

Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms (chat, conferencing, file share, workflow automation) to ensure high performance, reliability and usability.

Apply DevOps practices (e.g. CI/CD) to automate deployments and workflows, improving efficiency, product quality and on-boarding speed.

Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor the platform health, applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the collaboration experience, drive feature enhancements, and explore emerging technologies like AI and automation.

Background in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience with programming languages (Python, Powershell, or similar) and familiarity with applying DevOps/SRE practices.

Exposure to collaboration platforms and tools (e.g. MS Teams, Slack, Zoom).

Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new tools.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Knowledge or exposure to automation and observability platforms and tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform).

Internship or project experience with collaboration or conferencing platforms

Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.

First-hand experience in building enterprise-grade collaboration systems.

Mentorship, structured training and conferences, and career development support.

Clear paths into roles like Senior Platform Engineer, Collaboration Architect, or SRE Lead.
