- Planned or active research program in candidate’s area(s) of expertise
- Evidence of excellence, or potential for excellence, in teaching at the university level
- Ability to teach and mentor students in the candidate’s area of expertise.
- For appointment at the rank of Associate Professor, experience with accreditation and a record of teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with rank.
- Our department seeks two tenure-track faculty members at the rank of Assistant and/or Associate Professor.
- We invite applications from candidates representing all areas of speech-language pathology.
- Expertise in motor speech disorders, pediatric speech sound disorders, voice and resonance disorders, fluency disorders, and augmentative and alternative communications is especially valued given current programmatic and curricular priorities.
- The successful applicant may teach in the master’s, bachelor’s, and/or preparation programs through face-to-face or online modalities.
- This individual will also be expected to advise students, Department Chair, and/or serve on culminating experience committees; develop and maintain an active research program; and serve on department, college, and university‐level committees.
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $7,481 - $7,916 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $6,221- $13,224 per month
