  • Job Description/Duties
  • 
    
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Provide customer service at the Print Shop front counter and assist customers over the phone.
    • Assist with campus deliveries and pickups of printed materials, supplies, and related items.
    • Replace toner and assist with basic maintenance of printers and copiers as needed.
    • Assist with organizing, packaging, and preparing completed print jobs for customer pickup or delivery.
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
    • Assist Print Shop staff with general daily operations and other related duties as assigned.
    • Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and other campus customers.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:
    • Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license due to campus delivery responsibilities.
    • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
    • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units. 
    • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying. 
  • Salary Range
  • $16.90 per hour.

    Education Code 89521 Requirements: Applicants will be required to disclose whether they have received a final administrative decision or final judicial decision determining that they have committed sexual harassment within the last 7 years before an offer of employment is extended.
