About C-Therm Technologies

C-Therm Technologies is a global leader in thermal conductivity instrumentation, helping researchers, material scientists, and technical teams simplify thermal analysis and make confident decisions about the materials of tomorrow. From Atlantic Canada, C-Therm supports customers around the world with high-precision instruments, practical application expertise, and a clear focus on making complex thermal testing faster, easier, and more reliable.

About the Role

C-Therm is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end process and hands-on execution of application-specific marketing campaigns for our thermal conductivity instrumentation platform. This is not a role where strategy is handed off to a large marketing production team. The right person will build the campaign plan, coordinate the inputs, create or manage the assets, set up and monitor digital activity, and keep the work moving from idea to launch to measurable pipeline impact.

The right person will be able to take technical details from product experts, peer-reviewed publications, customer conversations, and application data, then turn them into clear, compelling stories that help technical and non-technical audiences understand why C-Therm matters. You do not need to be the technical expert in the room, but you do need to be curious enough to ask the right questions, structured enough to manage the campaign process, and skilled enough to translate complexity into messaging people can act on.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the campaign lifecycle for specific application areas, from target market identification through planning, hands-on execution, launch, touchpoint management, reporting, and optimization.
  • Work with sales, technical subject matter experts, and leadership to define ideal customer profiles, target accounts, and campaign priorities for markets such as geothermal, polymers, thin films, thermal interface materials, and other materials science applications.
  • Coordinate the development of campaign assets, including video scripts, blog posts, LinkedIn content, brochures, application highlights, FAQ pages, webinar content, landing pages, and email or outreach sequences.
  • Execute core campaign activities directly where needed, including drafting copy, building outreach sequences, preparing campaign briefs, updating landing page content, coordinating creative inputs, and managing the details required to launch.
  • Build and maintain a strong library of application-specific proof points, including peer-reviewed publications, customer stories, testimonials, and use cases.
  • Design and manage campaign touchpoint sequences across channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, distributor outreach, events, and targeted content.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid media channels.
  • Support sales enablement by creating campaign-specific training resources, messaging templates, and application summaries for account managers and distributor partners.
  • Coordinate with distribution channels to share list builds, messaging, campaign assets, and outreach plans.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs such as RFQs, RFIs by channel, engagement, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, and campaign conversion points.
  • Use AI and marketing technology to support research, content development, campaign execution, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Maintain and improve the campaign SOP, documenting lessons learned after each campaign and refining the process for the next application area.
  • Manage and execute social media and search advertising in support of application campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technical or scientific instrumentation, industrial technology, laboratory products, materials science, or another complex technical environment.
  • Experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns across channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, events, content, paid digital advertising, and sales outreach.
  • Working knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools, including campaign setup, targeting, budget pacing, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, contributors, and dependencies at once.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, especially the ability to turn technical information into clear marketing content, email sequences, campaign scripts, and sales-facing messaging.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation, outreach tools, list building, paid media platforms, and campaign analytics.
  • Comfort using AI tools for content generation, research, workflow support, and campaign development.
  • A data-driven mindset and confidence tracking KPIs, identifying what is working, and recommending improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with technical subject matter experts and translating complex product capabilities into simple, persuasive campaign messages.
  • Familiarity with scientific or academic publishing and peer-reviewed literature.
  • Experience with lead list building tools and data hygiene practices.
  • Video content coordination experience, including scripting and production management.
  • Experience in thermal analysis, materials testing, laboratory instrumentation, or related technical markets.

You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Are

  • A storyteller who can turn technical details into practical, customer-relevant narratives.
  • A hands-on campaign operator who enjoys building structure, managing timelines, doing the work, and moving activity across the finish line.
  • A curious learner who is comfortable asking questions and working with scientists, engineers, sales teams, and external content resources.
  • A clear communicator who can tailor the same technical idea for a customer, a distributor, a salesperson, a LinkedIn audience, or a webinar attendee.
  • A performance-minded marketer who understands that campaign execution, paid media optimization, and business outcomes need to connect.

Why Join C-Therm

At C-Therm, you will market technology that helps researchers and innovators better understand the materials that shape the future. You will work close to the science, close to the customer, and close to the commercial impact of your campaigns. This is an opportunity to help a globally active Atlantic Canadian instrumentation company tell stronger application stories, build more focused campaigns, and make technical thermal analysis easier for customers to understand and adopt.

How to Apply

If you are a B2B marketer who can bring structure to campaigns, hands-on execution to digital activity, and clarity to technical stories, we would like to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a short note outlining a campaign you have helped plan, launch, or improve.
