• →Process prescriptions in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• →Support the Patient Engagement Team with clinical education and patient inquiries.
• →Assist patients with questions about side effects, medication administration, and general usage.
• →Manage manufacturer recalls and product backorders.
• →Handle prescription transfers, physician calls, data logging, and drug utilization reviews.
• →Serve as the primary clinical liaison between Patient Engagement and Pharmacy Operations.
• →Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• →Resolve patient issues with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• →Maintain effective communication across all departments to resolve patient and prescription issues.
• →Update patient records, including allergies, medical conditions, and medication lists.
• →Participate in weekly task management through MedPlan.
• →Ensure compliance with all applicable accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, NABP).
• →Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
• →Complete continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
• →Meet or exceed department productivity and quality metrics.
• →Provide general administrative and team support as assigned.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of employment (must obtain dual licensure in Georgia and Florida).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a retail or mail-order pharmacy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Compensation: $60/Hour.
