The Program Manager (PM) – Curant Rare (PMCR) role will serve as the point of contact for consistent and continuous management of the Rare program to which they are either designated or dedicated including but not limited to all Patient-level inquiries and Operational commitments as contracted. The PMCR will ensure oversite of all contracted program and operational elements are performed and delivered as agreed upon in Program-specific standard operating procedures. 

With your passion to help patients, your drive to make an impact on those you care for, and your commitment to customer service, you will serve as the primary link between our patients, physicians and pharmacy. We have listed a few or your responsibilities below:

• →Serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and SME (Subject Matter Expert) for assigned accounts. Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
• →Gather and collate external partners business needs and challenges and presents them back to internal stakeholders. Collaborates with internal teams to understand specific opportunities and execute on strategies and tactics to achieve desired outcomes. The PMCR will work with both CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) and BI (Business Intelligence) to ensure desired outcomes are achieved and measured.
• →Conducts regular account business reviews and develops strategic account plans aligned with clients' rare disease pharmacy needs. Provide a superior partner experience by leading external business reviews and huddles at continuous intervals to share program Outcomes.
• →Monitors and reports on account performance, payor contracting opportunities, revenue, NPS (Net Promoter Score) and other satisfaction metrics.

• Requires a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1 to 2 yrs experience related in the field of work.
• Experience working with patients in a healthcare or Pharmacy environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPPA/ Patient Confidentiality Guidelines required
• Registered and/or Certification as a Pharmacy Technician in the state where worked a plus.
