Advisor Grants Management

• Temporary full-time opportunity until 30 June 2027
• NSW DPHI office location negotiable with flexible working supported
• Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 p.a + super

Support the delivery of fair, transparent and effective grant programs that help shape thriving communities across NSW. You'll work with stakeholders across the Department to strengthen governance, improve processes that support consistency across the département and support teams to ensure grants are managed with integrity and accountability.

In this collaborative role, you'll analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and help build consistent grant management practices that deliver better outcomes for communities. You'll influence positive change through clear advice, accessible guidance and strong stakeholder partnerships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical advice, guidance and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities and develop practical recommendations.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and drive consistent outcomes across diverse business areas.
• High-level organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate information and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
• A collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues, share knowledge and contribute wherever needed to achieve team and organisational outcomes.
