Are you passionate about creating positive outcomes for Aboriginal communities and seeing projects come to life?

As a Project Coordinator within the Grant Delivery & Partnerships team, you'll be at the heart of grant-funded projects that make a real difference across NSW. Working alongside Aboriginal communities, Local Aboriginal Land Councils, project partners and government stakeholders, you'll help coordinate project delivery, build strong relationships and support communities to achieve project and grant outcomes.

Every day brings something different. You might be working with stakeholders to solve a project challenge, monitoring delivery progress, contributing to reporting, or supporting community engagement activities. You'll play an important role in keeping projects moving, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping deliver meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal people and communities.

Working in a small and supportive team, you'll enjoy a mix of relationship-building, project coordination and problem-solving. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, build your project management skills and contribute to work that leaves a lasting impact across the state.

• This role requires extensive travel within NSW and a current NSW Driver’s License
• This is an Identified role under the Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and as such Aboriginality is an essential requirement of the role.
• Aboriginal identified positions are developed where Aboriginal identity, cultural knowledge or connections are a genuine aspect of the role. Positions are specifically noted under the provisions of the NSW Anti-discrimination Act (1977) for Aboriginal people who meet the following criteria:

• is of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, and
• identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and
