Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead end-to-end project management of Enterprise applications (business systems) implementation, upgrades and system integrations.
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and portfolio priorities.
- →Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- →Proactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and implement corrective actions to prevent project slippage.
- →Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery or agreed outcomes through established governance and escalation pathways.
- →Define, track, and report on project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
- →Ensure compliance with internal ICT governance and change management procedures.
- →Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future projects.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, or Agile qualifications – desirable
- 5+ years’ experience in ICT project management or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent ICT projects.
- Strong understanding of ICT systems, software and security practices.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent Systems documentation skills
- Understanding and ability to deliver technology, strategy and innovation.
- Understanding of ICT cyber security and available technologies.
- Understanding of software licensing and subscriptions.
